XrayCerts Policies and Procedures
XrayCerts issues certificate of completions to each participant.
XrayCerts is not responsible for sending the certificate of completion to any tracking agency
(such as ASRT or any state agency)
The participant is responsible to ensure that any presentations are not duplicate presentations.
XrayCerts reserves the right to change &/or substitute any scheduled presentations due to
Refunds will be issued at 100% if request is made five days prior to the live seminar.
No refund will be issued four days or less prior to the seminar.
XrayCerts reserves the right to cancel seminars if the minimum number of registrants is not
met. In this case a 100% refund will be issued.
It is the participants responsibility to make sure he or she has the proper equipment to attend
a webinar. Webinars are hosted by XrayCerts through www.webex.com.
It is required that participant have a computer with high speed Internet and speakers, it is
suggested that you have a microphone. If you do not have access to microphone, you can
call in via a toll line on your phone.
If you do not have proper equipment and/or have technical difficulties on the participants
end of the meeting, you may have to attend another webinar after the issue is resolved. You
are allowed to miss no more than 10 minutes per ASRT policy to receive credit.
If a webinar has to be rescheduled due to technical difficulties, that presentation will be
either rescheduled or the participant can sign up for an alternative presentation at no cost to
Refunds are not normally issued for the purchase webinars. Generally, participant will be
able to choose another date, time or topic to attend a webinar. Refunds will be handled on a
case by case basis.
